But, what is Mental Fitness?

Mental Fitness is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges
with a positive rather than negative mindset.
The POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Mental Fitness Program is a highly-structured and research-based coaching program unlike any other. Although the Program is exclusive and intensive, it is not time-consuming. These qualities make it a fantastic introduction to coaching!
How does it work?
The POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Mental Fitness Program is based in neuroscience. The lessons and strategies are delivered through an app and highly-engaging videos. As a participant in the Mental Fitness Program, you will have the opportunity to jump in and explore your personal Saboteurs and practice specific tools to combat them. Once you have an understanding of how your Saboteurs hijack your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, you will begin to engage and strengthen your greatest asset—your Authentic Self/Sage.

As a trained POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® and Mental Fitness Coach, I have intimate knowledge of the content of the program and real-time access to data on your progress. In our Review & Process Sessions, I will help you unpack the training you learn weekly. This program is an accelerated platform to help you create the transformation you seek!

What to Expect

Your Commitment:

As a participant in the 6-week Mental Fitness Program, you will be expected to:

  • Watch 1, 1-hour PQ® content video each week (Starting Saturday)
  • Listen to a short Focus of the Day audio daily (Starting Tuesday)
  • Complete 2 Coach Challenges daily
  • Complete 2 PQ gym Sessions daily
  • Complete the short end-of-day journal questions at least 3x a week
  • Attend 6 Review & Process coaching sessions with me
